The Company will protect the Customer’s privacy and data in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and any other applicable law or revisions. The Company shall not sell or share personal information with third parties expect where legally obliged to do so by the relevant authorities. Credit card details supplied by the Customer will not be held by the Company but will be processed by payment company whose terms and conditions will apply.
